Everything guests usually ask us, answered plainly. If your question isn't here, call or text — you're reaching the people who run the place.
- What time is check-in and checkout?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Check-in is self-service, so a late arrival is not a problem.
- How does self check-in work?
- You book direct, we send you what you need to get into your room, and you let yourself in whenever you arrive. There's no front desk to catch before it closes.
- Is parking free?
- Yes. On-site parking is free for guests and included with every room. There's also Level 2 EV charging on site.
- Do the rooms have Wi-Fi and a TV?
- Every room has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a Roku TV, plus a mini fridge and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Are pets allowed?
- No, we're not able to accept pets. The property is also entirely non-smoking.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel. Plans change on the road — just let us know in time.
- How many rooms are there?
- Six, each styled individually. That's the whole property, which is exactly why it stays quiet.
- Does every room have its own bathroom?
- Yes. All six rooms have a private en-suite bathroom — nothing is shared down the hall.
- Is there coffee or anything to drink?
- Yes. There's a coffee and drink area with complimentary coffee, snacks, soft drinks and filtered Kangen Water®, and no list of little add-on charges.
- Is the property accessible?
- Room 4 has an accessible en-suite bathroom. Accessibility needs vary, so please call or text us before booking and we'll walk you through the room honestly rather than promise more than we can.
- How does housekeeping work on a longer stay?
- Rooms are fully reset between guests. For a stay of several nights, tell us what you'd like and we'll arrange it with you directly.
- Where exactly are you?
- 221 S Monroe St, Pittsfield, Illinois — one block south of the courthouse square, so downtown is walkable.
- Can we book several rooms together?
- With six rooms in total, group dates are best arranged with us directly. Call or text and we'll tell you honestly what's open.
